Thomas Employment can provide short term temporary staffing, long term temp to hire staffing, or direct hire. You may also choose the option of payrolling a person through our agency if you find the person on your own

How we work

We do in depth, face to face interviews with all applicants before presenting to a company

We do background and reference checks on all candidates, and use a medical facility for drug testing, so you never have to worry about a valid test

We take care of all payroll, as well as all payroll taxes, including unemployment

Our accounting department will also take care of all employee related payroll issues, such as child support, garnishments, etc. 

We E-verify all employees to ensure eligibility to work in the United States. 

Thomas Employment takes personal responsibility for the people we send to your company and if there is a problem, we will do everything possible to correct it.
